These documents will be sent certified mail, signature required, return receipt. There is a nominal processing fee of $12 to cover postage and handling. You can correct any factual errors in your personally identifiable information by returning a copy of the enclosed document with a corrected document attached. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
