Mortgage Solutions Expands into Wholesale Lending with a new Website
Palm Springs, CA -- December 1, 2007 -- Sharpe Communications a boutique
marketing communications firm located in Palm Springs, CA has just completed a
new website project for its client Mortgage Solutions of
Colorado Springs, CO. The website is located at

Given the current market for mortgage lending, instead of contracting
Mortgage Solutions decided to expand its business by reaching into the wholesale
lending market. This expansion required enabling mortgage brokers to access
daily updated rate information in a secure environment. Sharpe Communications
was tasked with building a system that would allow Mortgage Solutions staff to
easily post new files each day and to provide a system that would allow Mortgage
Solutions to accept broker applications and process access requests via email
with one-click simplicity.
